Which Oven Lamp Components Pass Long-Term Durability Tests
Durability tests for oven lamp components evaluate material performance against high temperature, ageing, deformation and yellowing. Five mainstream high-temperature resistant materials for core parts are listed below:
1. High-temperature Resistant Stainless Steel
We use 304 stainless steel for fixing gaskets, protective frames and other structural components. It withstands continuous 260℃, resists corrosion, oxidation and deformation. Stable under heat and temperature changes to avoid lamp loosening or falling off.
2. High-conductivity Copper
Made of high-purity rolled copper for core electrical connectors. It features high conductivity, low resistance, good resistance to high temperature, oxidation and ablation. High precision ensures stable contact without overheating, preventing bad contact and lamp burnout for reliable circuit operation.
3. High-temperature Resistant Silicone
Applied to sealing rings, waterproof and dustproof gaskets. It works steadily from -40℃ to 230℃. No hardening, ageing, yellowing or strange odours under long heat exposure. It blocks oil fume, moisture and hot gas to protect internal circuits and LEDs.
4. Borosilicate Glass
Main material for our oven lamp lenses. High light transmittance, thermal shock and impact resistance, anti-fog. It avoids discolouration, deformation and cracking under sustained high temperature.
5. Ceramic Base
Widely used for our oven lamp bases. Heat-resistant, insulated, flame-retardant and structurally stable. It never carbonises or deforms at high temperatures, separating heat from circuits to prevent leakage and short circuits.
